PRIVATE REVISED IDEAS
Modular construction in practice.
Real source photographs complement the conceptual construction sequence.
Prepare and plan delivery
Confirm foundations, services, truck route, turning and staging space, crane setup, overhead clearance and neighboring-property protection before selecting a modular system. No site or lift plan is approved here.
Deliver, set and finish
Habitat documents flatbed delivery and crane setting at Park Avenue in Troy, followed by connections, finishing and inspections. Source [18] contains the original photographs. Those photographs are not our work.
Compare more than one example
MLB provides the Summit Avenue project and delivery post [16]-[17]. RES4 documents its historical Bronx Box set [21]. A photograph of a successful set does not establish feasibility on another lot.
